Post 1: Part-time Temporary Teaching Assistant

630 hours per annum (Approx 16 hours per week)

39 weeks per year

£6.63 per hour

 

 

Caring and friendly, yet firm individual to support and guide a child with Special Educational Needs.  Your role will help improve academic performance, play and social skills.  To build confidence and self esteem through positive role modelling.  You will demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team, use your own initiative and form positive relationships.  Our school is a happy, caring Christian community into which you will be fully welcomed.

Hours are and every weekday.  We are able to consider this as two individua l p osts. This post is temporary for as long as the child remains statemented or at our school.

 

 

Post 2:  Meal Time Assistant

5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year

£6.30 per hour

 

 

A caring and friendly, yet firm, person is required to supervise and encourage positive play experiences with our pupils at lunch times.  The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team, use their own initiative, form positive relationships and be able to 'see around corners!'

Working hours 12:00 - 1pm daily.  To commence as soon as CRB checks are processed.

Post 4:  Part Time Temporary Breakfast Club Play Worker

3 hours per week, 38 weeks per year

£6.30 per hour

Temporary until 31st August 2010

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

A friendly, caring and efficient person is required to assistant at our school’s Breakfast Club between the hours of 8am to 9am on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday morning.s  The successful candidate will be able to communicate well with others, offer a welcoming face first thing in the morning, organise appropriate play/craft activities and assist as necessary with the provision of breakfast (not cooked).    You will be working alongside our Breakfast Club leader and become part of a happy and welcoming school community.  Some cover sessions on other mornings may be available.

 

This post is temporary due to a link to temporary exteral funding for a specific period.
