Mrs Lockwood

Mrs Lockwood is the Headteacher here at 'The Beacon' .   She has been here since April 2007.  She has 2 children of her own, she enjoys the outdoors, travelling and reading.

Mrs Douglas

Mrs Douglas is the Senior teacher.  She also coordinates RE.  She teaches our Reception class.

Mrs Rowland & Mrs Barnard

Mrs Rowland & Mrs Barnard are our school administrators. They work in the school office, they are always helpful and cheerful.

Mrs Lawson

Mrs Lawson teaches a year 6 class.  She coordinates literacy and music in the school. 

Ms Hubble

Ms Hubble coordinates Maths throughout the school.  She teaches our mixed year 3/4 class. 

Mrs Hogan

Mrs Hogan is the year 2 teacher.  She is also the SENCo (Special Needs coordinator) and the Art coordinator. 

Mrs Devin

Mrs Devin teaches throughout the school.  She also coordinates EAL (English as an additional language) and French.

Mrs Pow

Mrs Pow teaches year 1.  She is ICT coordinator  (Information Communication Technology) and PE coordinator.           

Miss Morley

Miss Morley teaches our year 5 class.   She is a language specialist.

Mrs Hambly

Mrs Hambly is a Higher Level Teaching Assistant.   She works throughout the school.

Mrs Nelmes

Mrs Nelmes teaches in years 5 and 6.  She is responsible for the school library.

Mrs Thorn

Mrs Thorn is a teaching assistant she works in the Reception class.  

Mrs Bartlett

Mrs Bartlett is a learning support assistant working across the whole school.   She also looks after us at lunch time.

Ms Mountfield

Ms Mountford is a teaching assistant she works with groups of children thoroughout the school.  She also looks after us in the dinner hall.

Ms Rosser

Ms Rosser is a teaching assistant she helps in year 3/4 and also at lunchtime.

Mrs Morris, Mrs Brice, Ms Garrett, Ms Rawe, Ms Reed

We have lots of  Meal time assistants who work with us at lunch time to keep us safe and happy. 

Mrs Neill & Mrs Harcus 

Mrs Neill cooks greats dinners.  They are very tasty and healthy.  Mrs Harcus is really important as she keeps the school clean and helps with cooking.  

Mr Farmer & Mr Oliver

Mr Farmer is our caretaker.  He keeps the school tidy and safe.  Mr Oliver & Mrs Aasmaa are our Crossing Patrol.

Ms Garrett

Ms Garrett  runs our school breakfast club.  She also work as a teaching assistants in class 6L.
