Hello everyone! Just writing to say I miss the Beacon alot and hope every one including the teachers are okay. I never got to thank any of the teachers for what I learnt off them so here goes:- thank you Mrs D for being the first teacher I met at the school and making me feel welcome . Thank you Ms H for being so happy and nice - I was never afraid to ask a question. Last but definetly not least, thank you Mrs L for being the best teacher there is and getting me ready for the community college -I'm in year 10 now!
Hope I can see the Beacon again some time. bye xx

A great big thank you to everyone at The Beacon, both staff and pupils for making Hal and Joe Parker SO welcome during their very short stay at the school. You have made a very difficult time much more enjoyable for all of us and we will take fond memories with us to New Zealand.
